About International Shipping

To ship to the countries listed above, place your order using NEWCHEF Checkout. NEWCHEF will ship your order to you using UPS Worldwide Express. Please note that you are responsible for paying all duties and taxes incurred. Refer to the Duties and Taxes section below for additional information.

Identity & Credit Card Verification

To provide top tier security for our customers, NEWCHEF reserves the right to request identity verification via fax. If we do not receive verification of identity via fax within 3 days of our request, the order will be cancelled.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually packed within 2-4 business days. International orders are shipped UPS Worldwide Express and are usually delivered within 10 business days from the order's ship date.

Duties & Taxes

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. NEWCHEF cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment.
