To return an un-embroidered, unused, and non-altered item, please contact the returns department within 30 days of original purchase date via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. For faster service, you may conveniently submit an online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form at www.newchef.com/rma and a customer service representative will contact you within 2 business days.
Newchef only accepts return of items that are in their original condition (unwashed and/or unused) within 2 weeks after the issuance of the RMA.
Clearance and/or Sale items are non-returnable and/or non-exchangeable.
Credit/refund will be issued upon receipt of the return merchandise.
Freight charges and Rush Fees are non-refundable, unless it is a mistake on Newchef's behalf. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Direct returns are subject to a 15 % Restocking fee.
Embroidered and Custom-made items are non-returnable.
Items must be in resalable condition and original packaging.
Please be sure to mark/indicate on the outside of your package the RMA number.
Newchef reserves the right to refuse returned packages without the RMA number.
